ANTaR Qld and MurriWatch met with the Premier in July to talk about the over representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders in Qld prisons and the need to focus on the promises made in the 2001 Justice Agreement.The Premier promised to prioritise the goals of the Justice Agreement and assigned Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, Desley Boyle, to oversee and urgent review of where the Justice Agreement was at in Qld.The results of this review were presented to Cabinet at the end of November and will inform Government action in the final year of the ten year agreement
